AIO Subtitle provides subtitle-related tools, including retrieving subtitles from open databases (e.g., OpenSubtitles), translating them using AI (OpenAI API), and integrating with media platforms like Stremio for personal use. We do not provide or stream any copyrighted video content.

2. Legal Use & Copyright Notice

Subtitles are sourced from open or community databases under permissible licenses. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of subtitles and translations complies with copyright laws in your jurisdiction. AIO Subtitle does not claim ownership of any media or subtitle data retrieved.

3. Accounts & Access

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or terms violation.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for subscriptions or premium features can be processed via PayPal:

• PayPal processes payments directly between you and AIO Subtitle. Taxes (if any) included in PayPal payments are collected by AIO Subtitle, which is responsible for reporting and remittance.

5. Refunds

Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription or credits, minus any applicable fees. Refund requests are handled according to the respective payment processor’s policy:

6. Acceptable Use

7. AI Translation Disclaimer

Translations are provided via AI (OpenAI API). Accuracy is not guaranteed, and AIO Subtitle is not liable for translation mistakes or interpretation errors in resulting text.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or subscription if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use of AIO Subtitle or third-party integrations.
